Self Service Returns & Breakage
Returns must be filed within 30 days of your order. Please save damaged items, take photos if possible so we can file a claim with our ship carrier(s). We will ask for photos of fragile items which break in transit.

- Once logged in, find the order in question, and click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for
- If your return has more than one item, select the items that you want to return, indicate proper quantity for each item
- Select a return reason, add a note for the store
- Click "Request return"
If your request is for damage to fragile items or a DOA electronic device we will provide instructions on how we will credit the item. If you are trying to return product and the request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with further instructions. After the product is returned and inspected for use or damage, you receive a refund in the form of store credit for use on a future order.
