Refund policy
"Stress Free" Returns Policy
- We want you to feel confident shopping with HMI, and want you to be comfortable trying new things to test your market, so you can return pretty much anything at any time! As long as it's unused, undamaged, and unopened (applicable to any items with manufacturer packaging) we will take it back. If return shipping is necessary we'll pay the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you wish to return an item which isn't selling for you or for any reasons outside of an HMI error like breakage, defective item, etc., we will require you to pay the return shipping.
- STORE CREDIT will be the default for all returns or exchanges where a balance is due to the client. HMI will elect, at it's sole discretion, to issue a refund on a case-by-case basis, but no refunds are guaranteed.
- For any items needing to be returned or exchanged, we will issue a new invoice for the replacement item (if applicable) at full price, and will issue a credit for the returned item once the return is received and inspected by HMI.
- There will be NO returns accepted for flammable items. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- You should expect to receive your credit within two weeks of HMI receiving your return, however, in many cases you will receive a credit more quickly.
- If you need to return an item, please go to our live chat or email support@highmountainimports.com with your order number in the subject line and details about the product(s) you would like to return. For any glass breakage please provide photos of the damage to speed up processing your request. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
